Within the framework of the “Integrated Development of Medium-Sized Cities” project implemented under the Ministry of Economy and Finance with the participation of the World Bank (WB) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), a regular supervision and control mission was conducted from 17 November to 4 December of the current year.

On 4 December 2025, a presentation on the final results of the mission was held. During the presentation, a summary of the project’s performance in 2025 was provided, and the progress made against the planned activities throughout the year was reviewed.

Based on the achievement of the planned targets for the year, the successful resolution of social and environmental issues, and the timely implementation of construction and design works, the project’s current status and rating have been upgraded to a higher performance category.

In addition, within the framework of the project, construction and design plans for activities to be implemented in 2026 were discussed and agreed upon.
