On 7 October 2025, within the framework of the “Comprehensive Development of Kogon City (Urban Upgrading)” project, a contract was signed with the design organizations “BUXARA ARXPROEKT” JSC and “MAXSUS STANDART PROJECT” LLC for the purpose of planning construction works. Based on this contract, design activities officially commenced in the project area.

Currently, drawings and schematics necessary for the implementation of construction works are being developed, with the total value of this stage amounting to USD 0.3 million.

The project aims at modernizing urban infrastructure, improving existing socio-economic conditions, and enhancing the quality of life for residents. The design phase represents a key strategic stage, as it ensures the quality and efficiency of subsequent construction works.
